One thing I cannot stand is when people promote NoFap as a 90 day cure all. It isn’t a 90 day practice, it is something to be done for a lifetime. Would you stop drugs for 90 days and then go back to them and think everything is going to be okay? NOPE. Because once you start again, the vicious cycle continues.

Once you are on NoFap then you stay on NoFap and keep doing NoFap for the REST OF YOUR LIFE! That is how you change your life! Yes, it takes 90 days for the brain to reboot itself but that doesn’t mean you stop practicing.

Your NoFap journey can be extremely difficult and filled with intense emotional rollercoasters. There will be ups and downs but as long as you stick with it, there is a light at the end of the tunnel and tonnes of amazing benefits.

So, why do 99% of people fail? Because they are not prepared. Not prepared in their mentality, not prepared in their research, not prepared with a relapse plan and not prepared in what goals they want to accomplish.

Preparation is the number one factor when you start this journey.

BE PREPARED BY FOLLOWING THESE TIPS:

TIP ONE:
STOP WATCHING PORN. This is one of the biggest factor if not the sole factor many men and women fail at NoFap. Watching porn just makes it that much easier to relapse. If you’re serious about NoFap then remove yourself from any and all environments that will allow you to watch porn – this includes being bored. Go out and find role models. There are many upstanding and honorable people in this world that you can emulate. If you don’t know anyone in your immediate social circle then try emulating people who have accomplished great things and have advanced the world towards a better place such as historical figures. For example, Bill Gates.


TIP TWO:
Find a replacement for your fapping – have something that you can easily do whenever you think about fapping to keep your mind off of it. Remember, the first week of NoFap can be one of the hardest. Days 1 and 2 and maybe 3 is okay but then the urge to fap and cravings to PMO kick in and it can be like going through hell. You are the exact equivalent of an addict coming off of your high and you need another hit. But don’t get obsessed with tips, tricks, and ways to make it easy since most of the time, these do not work. In life, nothing worth having comes easy and the greatest benefit of NoFap is feeling like a man. If you are strong enough to withstand or replace or transmute your cravings then after about 3 weeks it gets way easier to withstand all the cravings. However, this is also when the ugly Flatline starts to take shape and come into effect. The Flatline is any negative symptom associated with the removal and recovery from pornography addiction – aka your hardware goes limp.

TIP THREE:
Have friends you can talk to about your NoFap journey. This can be tricky but here is my 2 cents. If you have friends that will laugh at you when you tell them you are doing NoFap then those kinds of people are not real friends. Real friends are people that will be there for you in your time(s) of need. Real friends are people who will help you because they can. Real friends are those that will not laugh, make fun of and ridicule you because you are trying a new practice. So, if you have people that will make you the butt of their jokes then forget about them, find some real friends and move on. Remember, real friends are people with whom you arevery comfortable in sharing your thoughts, feelings, vulnerabilities and fears with. These are people where you can seek comfort and solace in and can tell them anything.


TIP FOUR:
Have a reason for quitting pornography. Whether this is for the super powers, to cure a fetish or anything in-between. Use that reason as a barrier to stop yourself from relapsing anytime you are on the edge.Don’t give up – this is a willpower challenge. It definitely got hard for me at times. Sometimes it was a real struggle to resist – I went through serious mood swings. I learned that we live in a hyper-sexualized society and sex is everywhere. It’s in TV ads, movies, video games, magazines and even the news – more explicitly than ever before, and there’s a lot of misinformation out there. You need to stand strong and do what’s right for you.

TIP FIVE:
Try challenges with your friend(s) that are also practicing NoFap. See if you both can go as long as possible without fapping – help and push each other to succeed in your goals along with some friendly competition. This kind of positive motivation with someone you know and trust going through the same adversities with you can be very re-assuring as well as reinforcing. It is also best to absorb as much knowledge about NoFap as possible. Read about NoFap, Semen Retention, dopamine and porn, abstinence, jing, bramacharya and so on. Use your free time wisely and look for articles that can motivate you – even try watching YouTube, there are a tonne of materials online and on YouTube about Fapstinence, JING, Taosim, Semen Retention, cai Yin pu Yang and cai Yang pu Yin.


TIP SIX:
Improve your health. Go to the gym, have a good diet plan and change your mental mindset towards life in general. There is no better thing than a healthy body – improve your mind through diet and exercise.


REMEMBER WHY YOU ARE DOING THIS:


You are doing the NoFap challenge because you want to challenge yourself, improve your health and better your future.

1) REMEMBER YOU ARE DOING THIS FOR YOU:
You are here because you have heard about NoFap and how great it is for some people. Maybe you have even started the practice or tried to several times before. No matter what stage you are at – the main goal is to have a better life for all and for many to kick a really bad porn addiction.

Many get frustrated and confused when they read articles that NoFap works and then read other articles that it is fake or doesn’t work or has a placebo effect.

Once again, if you are confused or on the fence about this then just try it for yourself – this is the best way to do things. Learn first hand if it is real or fake.

YOLO – you only live once, so why waste it on maybe? If you start NoFap and it is ‘fake’ then at least you know. But, if you don’t try it you will always be wondering “what if”. You miss 100% of the shots you do not take. So take a chance on NoFap so that it can change your life.

2)REMEMBER YOU ARE DOING THIS FOR YOUR HEALTH:
Watching porn can cause issues such as erectile dysfunction (ED) and porn-induced erectile dysfunction (PIED). There is even ‘Porn Creep’ that is caused by excessive pornography in combination with frequent masturbation. There no scientific research that says excessive masturbation causes any harmful effect on your health but we still don’t know the long term effects of an augmented sexual reality on the human mind.

This is the age of sexual dysfunction – more men that ever, especially Millennials and Generation Zers are having erectile dysfunction issues. For most, having this kind of disability is shameful especially in a hyper-sexual age where sex and sexuality is open discussed, and performed.

The best thing to do is start, continue or try the NoFap challenge again. Your future self with thank you. Through anecdotal accounts, many people have claimed that NoFap has cured their ED. Many others have always claimed that they are seeing a link between a weak immune system and pornography, though the scientific backing towards this claim is lacking.

There has been countless times I have looked back at my past self and wondered what would have happened if I didn’t start NoFap? Even the thought of not knowing about this practice scares me because it has changed my life for the better in every way.

Your fear of death will disappear – while life is seemingly perpetual. People will want to please you and even go out of their way to do this. They will do things to get you involved because of that natural gravitational pull that you have. You will always be noticed. Your presence will heat the room, not only because of your mindset, body language and mentality but that seductive charm and sexual energy that you exude.

By just experiencing life – you will orgasm multiple times per day. Time will seem to move slower for you and you will achieve a lot more than others do in a day. Gender roles and stereotypes will disappear from your mind and you will naturally love both men and women equally. Your love for others, even animals will increase exponentially and you will start to see multiple viewpoints. Your body will be full of life and energy as if it is producing cocaine. This is the state of being where you are at your optimal, you are full of positivity and you are able to manifest your needs. You will find it hard to be in any other state. You will become beautiful in mind and body so much that people will stare at you in streets. Your dreams will change and take shape into reality. Sleeping will become meditative while insights will come after every sleep. Your mouth will only utter what should be uttered in a situation such as facts in a clear, concise and non-offensive tone.
