It is astonishing to think that many people feel that women can’t enjoy the Semen Retention journey along with men.

I am shocked that most women don’t think Semen Retention (SR) can relate to them or their lifestyle. Maybe because the term contains the words ‘semen’ but what about the others terms for this way of life such as coitus reservatus and sexual continence.

If SR was more widely known as those terms then maybe woman would gravitate towards the teachings more earnestly.
As I have said before, Semen Retention is about motivation, indifference and aversion. The motivation to achieve desires, the indifference towards hook up culture and the aversion from pornography. (See the original articles on this here.)

Semen Retention is a way to structure my life in a way as to remove myself from concentrating on relationships as a primary goal and to concentrate on making an impact in society. Everyone has goals, dreams, and desires. So, let your desires be your priority and not secondary or tertiary to dating/relationships. Now I am not saying relationships are not important but without the proper foundation, any relationship will crumble.

There is no reason why a woman cannot practice SR and get mental, physical and spiritual gains. In fact, there are a handful of women who practice SR but would rather call it coitus reservatus or sexual continence.

The Catholic Church does allow coitus reservatus:(SOURCE Wikipedia)

• In Moral Theology (Liguori), St. Alphonsus Liguori allows it in marriage, if mutual (when both spouses restrain themselves from orgasm).
• Holy See allows this practice in volume number 44[25] of Acta Apostolicae Sedis. It refers to it under the Latin term “amplexus reservatus” (reserved embrace): “contra «amplexum reservatum» nihil esset obiicendum” – “nothing is objectionable”, so it’s allowed.
• John F. Harvey OSFS confirmed and explained coitus reservatus. The spouses should avoid undue frustration. They must not intend orgasm for either of them.[26] If unintentionally one of them reaches the climax, then they must try to stimulate the other spouse to reach the climax, too. That differs from how one author uses the same term “amplexus reservatus” for non-penetrative, rubbing-only sex. The same source claims that coitus reservatus is subject to the same arguments as Coitus interruptus, but with no citation at all.

Another author wrote that the Catholic Church condemned this practice. However, that condemnation is contrary to official Catholic teaching referenced above.

COITUS RESERVATUS IS ALSO OBSERVED IN THESE PRACTICES:

• Maithuna

• Brahmacharya

• Cai Yin pu Yang and cai Yang pu Yin

• Sexual transmutation

• Taoism

• Karezza

• Tantric sex

Furthermore, the Oneida Community, founded in the 19th century by John Humphrey Noyes, experimented with coitus reservatus which was then called male continence in a religiously Christian communalist environment. The experiment lasted for about a quarter of a century and then Noyes went on to create Oneida silverware and establish the Oneida Silver Co. that grew into Oneida Limited.[16] Noyes identified three functions of the sexual organs: the urinary, the propagative, and the amative. Noyes believed in the separation of the amative from the propagative, and he put amative sexual intercourse on the same footing with other ordinary forms of social interchange. Sexual intercourse as Noyes defines it is the insertion of the penis into the vagina; ejaculation is not a requirement for sexual intercourse.

COITUS RESERVATUS HAS SO MANY BENEFITS SUCH AS:

It turns out that there appear to be five scientifically-measurable areas of impact of semen retention and they are as follows:

• Increase in Testosterone levels

• Increase in brain androgen receptors [ARs]

• Increase in Serotonin levels

• Decrease in Prolactin levels

• Decrease in Dopamine levels

Practitioners of Coitus Reservatus often ascribe near-mystical superpower qualities to semen conservation, which include these benefits:

• Self-confidence and a notable boost in courage

• Attractiveness to the opposite sex

• Energy and focus

• Mental clarity and awareness, including social situations

• Motivation, to do things that are good for you – gym, create, think, date, socialize.

• Groundedness, calmness, significantly reduced anxiety

• Sex drive, including harder erections and loss of any erectile dysfunction (ED)

• Deeper voice

• Weight loss

• Increased muscle mass

• Better sleep

• Clearer skin / no acne

IN CONCLUSION:

Remember, the benefits of sexual continence are as follows – mental gains, more confidence and self-control, increased motivation, stronger life force, better memory, concentration, and overall cognitive function, greater vitality, physical gains, increased muscle growth, better overall happiness, thicker hair, deeper voice, spiritual gains, improved sperm quality, less anxiety and depression and deeper and better relationships.

Whether you are male or female or even those that are non-binary. We can all enjoy the benefits of coitus reservatus and be on a path or high vibration and deeper meaning.
